The PCI 2024 registration fees follow:

| 1. | Covers inclusion of paper(s) in the PCI 2024 Proceedings, remote attendance of PCI 2024 and remote presentation of papers. To have a paper included in the PCI 2024 Proceedings, author registration form should have been sent by November 28th, 2024 and payment should have been completed by December 9th, 2024. An author cannot register to present more than two papers. For students presenting/registering to present papers, author registration fees apply. |
| 2. | Covers physical presentation of papers, physical attendance of PCI 2024, conference bag and material, banquet, lunches and coffees/refreshments during brakes.
Physical attendance should be declared in author Registration Form (to be sent by November 28th, 2024). Additional fee should be included in payment together with fee (1) for presenting one or two papers (payment to be completed by December 9th, 2024). |

The Registration Form should be filled and sent to EPY by email (epy AT epy DOT gr) no later than November 28th, 2024.

In order for the registration to be effective, participants have to deposit the registration fee to the Greek Computer Society (EPY), in the following account:

In the place reserved in the deposit receipt for the “Reasoning of the Payment”, please complete your full name and the phrase “PCI2024”.
The deposit receipt should be scanned and sent to EPY by email (epy AT epy DOT gr) no later than December 9th, 2024.
For participants from Greece only, in case an invoice is to be issued (apart from the Conference Receipt), please fill in and fax or email the Invoice Request Form which is supplied separately. Please note that registration prices do not include VAT 24%. Therefore, only for the case that an invoice is required, the payable amount corresponds to the aforementioned prices, plus 24% VAT.
